About EAP Services
- Free of Charge
- The entire cost of your Blomquist Hale Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services is covered in a monthly fee paid by your employer. All EAP services are FREE to you with no co-pay or deductible required.
- No Session Limits
- With most companies there is no specific limit on the number of sessions provided by Blomquist Hale. Any problem for which short-term counseling is the appropriate treatment will be handled within the EAP. Check with the EAP to see if your employer has set session limits.
- EAP Referrals
- Some types of problems will not respond to the short-term therapy offered by the EAP and are referred to community providers. The cost of referred services are not covered by the EAP. However, if a referral is necessary, Blomquist Hale stays in close contact with you and your treatment providers to assure quality care.
- Eligibility

- EAP Appointments
- Setting up an appointment is as simple as calling the office. You will be offered an appointment time, generally within a couple working days of your initial call. Crisis cases are seen the same day, generally within two hours. No paperwork or approval is needed and there is no charge. Counselors are available around the clock for emergency and crisis situations.
- Complete Confidentiality
- The EAP is a confidential service and no one in your company will know that you used it. In addition to our secure filing systems, disclosure of any information to third parties is performed only with your written consent in compliance with professional, federal and state confidentiality guidelines.
