It has been our great
pleasure to work with and recommend Blomquist Hale employee assistance services
to our clients over the past 13 years. In that period, as medical expenses have
dramatically increased we have closely watched the effect their plans and people
have had within our groups. In every case we have witnessed two separate and discernable
benefits to the involved groups:
First, there has been a noticeable decrease
in mental and nervous expenditures within the plan. This is most dramatic in the
groups that have used prescribed enrollment and ongoing communication procedures.
In every case the savings in mental and nervous expenses have far exceeded the
cost for the EAP. In addition, the early intervention the EAP provides diminishes
the likelihood of larger more costly mental and nervous hospital stays.
Second, there has been a noticeable attitude change among employees of participating
companies. As they become aware of the EAP and its benefits, they have become
more appreciative of all employer-sponsored benefits. We believe the EAP is a
most effective tool in positively changing corporate culture.
We have evaluated
numerous EAP's for our clients and say unequivocally this one is by far the most
effective. We highly recommend it.

Blomquist Hale Consulting has been
and continues to be a vital part of our overall operations. BHC has if not the
finest, one of the finest employee assistance programs in the country. I speak
highly of BHC because I have first hand experience using them for many every day
struggles, from personal issues to company issues. BHC always comes through with
outstanding results. The counselors at BHC are highly skilled at identifying the
core problem and then helping people create strategies to solve those problems.

Authority first began offering the services of Blomquist Hale for trauma incident
counseling in the fall of 1998. Effective February 1, 1999, we began utilizing
their employee assistance program for all employees.

Employee Assistance Program provider since January 1, 1996 and as the Gatekeeper
for Questars mental health benefits since January 1998. In both of these
capacities, they have always been very professional in their dealings with our
employees and other vendors.
We have been extremely satisfied with the
customer service our employees have received from Blomquist Hale and their responsiveness
to any concerns we as an organization have had. They are always willing to offer
