Blomquist Hale Consulting believes that wellness is an important part of getting people healthy. Many studies show that physical and emotional wellbeing has a direct correlation. Blomquist Hale EAP plan members can receive free wellness resources, education and participate in change group courses. Our wellness solutions focus on understanding the power of the brain, how to identify self defeating habits and how to create lasting change. Improved wellness is achieved through knowledge, dieting, fitness, exercise and eliminating health risk behaviors.
Here are a few examples of life change group and wellness courses that are available through Blomquist Hale Consulting. Some courses can be taught on company location and others are taught as part of our Change Group Courses.

Most change groups last about 60 minutes and are either taught at a Blomquist Hale office, on location at a company or other areas as requested. Another Wellness Solution - The Apple Program.
Employer groups with wellness initiatives that include intervention programs may want to work with our sister company — the Apple Program®.
The Apple Program has targeted interventions to address major lifestyle factors including eating habits, physical activity, body weight, tobacco use, stress, etc. With the continual help of a Apple Health Coach® the participant can set and achieve goals, find motivation, and learn to take control of their wellness. Each participant has ongoing health profile assessments (risk assessment). Then coaches help participants achieve the agreed upon goals and gather outcomes data along the way. Participants may contact their coach by email or telephone at any time. Reporting is gathered in aggregate and provided to the sponsoring employer group.
